Leadership & Navigation is the senior-level ability to set a compelling HR direction, align it with organizational strategy and culture, influence stakeholders, lead change, and ensure HR initiatives are actually executed.

- Navigating the organization means understanding formal hierarchy, informal influence networks, decision rights, culture, politics, processes, and stakeholder interests.
- Vision translates the organization's mission and strategy into coherent long-term HR priorities, operating principles, capabilities, and outcomes.
