Purchase or subscription support
If your purchase or subscription was handled through RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or another checkout platform, tell us which platform you used, the purchase email, and the exam or plan involved. Refunds and cancellations are generally handled by the platform that processed the purchase, and we can help point you to the right place.
Content corrections or report issue
If a question, answer explanation, or source looks wrong, send the page URL or question ID plus the reason it looks incorrect. You can also use the report link directly on practice pages for answer-level issues.
Technical issues
Include the browser, device, and any steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots or the exact page URL help a lot when a layout, account, or checkout flow breaks.
