AZ-700 Course Support for Azure Networking

Course support should help you connect Azure networking lessons to real implementation and design decisions, not rely on unsupported feature or coverage claims.

Use the Course to Build a Network Map

A useful AZ-700 course flow should help you connect services into a network design. Start with address spaces, subnets, DNS, peering, routing, and public IP planning. Then layer in hybrid connectivity, application delivery, private access, security controls, and monitoring so each topic fits into the full Azure traffic path.

Connect Lessons to Microsoft Learn

Use Microsoft Learn and Azure documentation as the reference point for service behavior. When reviewing ExpressRoute, confirm FastPath, gateway behavior, and Global Reach. When reviewing VPN Gateway, compare site-to-site, point-to-site, active-active, and gateway SKUs. When reviewing Private Link, include Private DNS and approval behavior.

Use Practice Review After Each Topic

After a topic review, use the DotCreds Practice Bank to test the decision that topic is supposed to teach. For example, after studying application delivery, compare Azure Front Door, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, and Traffic Manager. After studying security, compare NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, DDoS Protection, and firewall policy.

Turn Weak Areas Into Diagrams

Network topics become clearer when drawn. Diagram the source, destination, subnet, route table, NSG, DNS zone, private endpoint, firewall, gateway, and load balancer. If a practice miss involves connectivity, trace the packet path and name which Azure service changes that path.

Keep Branding Natural

Use the DotCreds Guided Course for organized review and the DotCreds Practice Bank for scenario checks, but keep the study focus on Azure networking. The strongest preparation still comes from official Microsoft documentation, hands-on configuration, and explaining why one networking design fits a requirement better than another.
